Experience
Warwick has been a partner in the Corporate & International Tax division of BDO since 1986, practicing extensively in the corporate tax arena. Over his career Warwick has had extensive experience covering the taxation treatment of cross border transactions, with particular emphasis on inbound and outbound investment. In the last few years Warwick has been extensively involved in acquisitions by UK and US clients of substantial Australian and South East Asian Businesses.
