Your development
As a BDO graduate you will benefit from our learning and development programs which enhance your technical abilities and build your consulting, leadership and management skills. Our national programs are held out of the office, often interstate, and allow you to network with BDO colleagues from across Australia. BDO Brisbane offers support and incentives for all employees to successfully complete postgraduate study such as the CA and CPA programs. Support includes payment of enrolment fees and paid study leave. Please speak to a local representative for more details on this.

Who
As a BDO graduate you:
- Will be in your final year of study in a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Business (Accounting), Law or equivalent single or dual degree
- Display solid academic achievement
- Are a permanent resident of Australia
- Possess high level communication and interpersonal skills.
