BDO has a small number of traineeships available across some of our offices in Australia. Our traineeship program works very similarly to the graduate program but enables students to start working at BDO and honing their skills well before graduation. By working full-time with us and studying part-time for your degree in accounting, you will accelerate the development of your technical, professional and personal skills.
BDO will support you through your undergraduate studies for up to six years, through a program that includes a benefits package plus training and guidance from experienced teams of professionals. Our program ensures that high-performing candidates advance their career as confident, skilled young professionals.
We are currently offering traineeship opportunities in our Audit and Business Advisory Services sections. When you commence your traineeship with us, you will be placed with one of our teams with the guidance of a supervisor and will be provided with tasks relevant to your skill level.
