A & A - Access & Atmosphere

Obviously A&A normally stands for Audit & Assurance but for me it stands for Access & Atmosphere. Access in terms of how easy it is to access partners and managers on a daily basis. I can just walk into their offices, and if you see them in the hall you can say hi and have a chat – it is very easy and relaxed. I also have access to management in our clients, so that if I have questions relating to client work, I can call them directly. And last but not least, the atmosphere in the audit team is amazing. Everyone is great to get along with and it makes working very easy!

Out of the box

What makes BDO ‘out of the box’? Where do I start? The people, the culture, the clients, the range of activities I get to do in my everyday job…If I had to sum it up I would say ‘Big clients, great people, and it’s a great place to work’!
