We are excited to be offering 30 vacation positions for the 2011/12 summer period across all divisions.

Our Vacation Program is a split program of 3 weeks in December and 4 weeks in February. This ensures that our vacationers still get time to relax and enjoy a summer break as well as gain valuable practical experience.

Your time as a Vacationer will be spent in your preferred division and you will be treated as one of us – a BDO team member. This means doing meaningful work and meeting our clients. We also make sure you have a lot of fun – Vacationers get the opportunity to come to our Christmas functions, be a part of an Amazing Race around the city, play lawn bowls and come along to plenty of other social activities that make the firm such a great place to work.

We are seeking Vacationers with

Penultimate year study commitments
A degree in Commerce, Business or Commerce/Law, with an Accounting major
Strong interpersonal skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Solid academic achievement
Previous client focused work experience, both accounting and non accounting related
Extra curricular activities
Team skills, commercial awareness and problem solving
Motivation for continuous learning.
