George Divitkos and Russell H Heywood-Smith of BDO Kendalls (SA), were appointed joint and several Administrators to the Company on 16 December 2008 and subsequently appointed joint Liquidators by a resolution of creditors at a meeting held on 8 April 2009.
Prior to their appointment as Administrators but also on 16 December 2008, Bruce Carter and David Kidman of Ferrier Hodgson (SA) were appointed Receivers and Managers (“the Receivers”) of the Company. The Receivers took control of the Company’s assets (including stock), undertakings, and business operations. The Receivers have sold the business as a going concern, which has resulted in the change in the Company’s name.
For now, all creditors with claims relating to transactions up to 16 December 2008 should complete a proof of debt form (attached) and return it to GPO Box 2018 Adelaide SA 5001. Creditors include the following:

Please fill out the form with details of your claim and attach copies of any supporting documentation such as receipts, correspondence, gift vouchers (front and back).
Please note that if you have paid by credit card and have not received your goods, you may be able to obtain a refund by contacting your credit card provider.
Creditors should note that at this stage there are no funds available for a return to unsecured creditors. Should sufficient funds be recovered in the liquidation to allow a return to unsecured creditors, you will be notified accordingly if you have lodged a proof of debt.
