Andrew Fielding and David Whyte, Directors of BDO Kendalls Business Recovery & Insolvency (QLD) Pty Ltd were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Noblewater, a Brisbane-based water infrastructure group on 22 April 2009.

Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held at 3:00pm on Tuesday 28 July 2009 at BDO Kendalls, Level 18, 300 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 in accordance with Section 439A (1) of the Corporations Act.
