Bob specialises in providing financial management and governance advice to public sector clients.
He has 30 years experience in a variety of roles, including 14 years at Queensland Treasury where he headed the financial management, economics and corporate services divisions. His achievements include introducing financial management and microeconomic reforms into the public sector. As well, he led the Secretariat to the 1990 Inquiry into Non-Bank Financial Institutions and had a lead role in the 1996 Queensland Commission of Audit.
As a consultant since 2000, Bob has undertaken a wide variety of complex and sensitive assignments for departments, government owned corporations, local authorities and statutory authorities as well as the Asian Development Bank. He has also undertaken assignments in Fiji, Solomon Islands and PNG.
