Bruce is an accredited family business adviser. He has extensive experience in working with a wide range of clients covering many industry sectors and consults to and serves on the boards of several private and/or family owned businesses. Bruce has international experience and has worked within a number of prominent industries including motor, building and tourism related industries.

Bruce has a keen interest in Queensland sport and is currently a director of Queensland Rugby League, a member of the Board of the Queensland Academy of Sport, Director MTAA Superannuation Fund and a director of MTA Insurances Ltd. Bruce is a regular speaker at industry conferences and professional development seminars nationally and has written many articles on a wide range of family business issues.

• Lead adviser to prominent family business enterprises in Queensland and Australia on matters including succession planning and corporate governance.
• Lead adviser to a large Queensland sporting organisation to review and update its corporate governance model including its Board of Directors.
• Lecturer in governance and succession planning at Bond University, Gold Coast.
• Regular presenter and writer of business articles and governance to industry associations and businesses including Television Education Network, Motor Dealers Group, AICD, Australian Centre for Family Business, Family Business Australia.
• Has conducted succession planning events for major corporations including ANZ, Ray White, NAB and St George.
• Board member both statutory and advisory to private and family owned businesses including Polhmans Nursery Pty Ltd, and EWM Group.
