David is a Partner in the Corporate Finance division of BDO and has worked with the firm since 2000. David has acquired considerable experience in corporate finance advice and, in particular, transaction based work for both vendors and acquirers through his experience with trade sales, due diligence and valuations.

David has also conducted a number of assignments for the major banks, either for transactions (due diligence or pre-lending reviews) or as an investigating accountant. David’s experience covers a broad range of industries, company sizes and transaction types.

Key assignments

• Assistance with the preparation of prospectus and information memorandum documents for transactions ranging from $1 million to $100 million
• Due diligence for business acquisitions ranging from $500,000 to $100 million
• Business sales for companies with enterprise values ranging from $2 million to $50 million
• Investigating Accountants’ Reports for businesses with turnover ranging from $2 million to $250 million
• Corporate advisory services relating to capital raisings, acquisitions, restructurings and mergers
• Valuation of companies/businesses for medium and large enterprises.
