David is lead partner for BDO Brisbane’s Forensic Services division. He has over 26 years experience as an accountant and before joining BDO he was Director of the specialist valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting firm, MPW Forensic. Prior to that he worked at both Deloitte and Suncorp in a variety of roles. David has a breadth of experience in many areas of professional practice across a wide range of industries with extensive specialist knowledge in the forensics field.

Key assignments

• Acted as an independent Joint Expert in matters before the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, the Retail Shop Leases Tribunal and The Family and Federal Magistrates Courts of Australia
• Undertaken due diligence investigations for various business acquisitions
• Undertaken various fraud investigations to gain evidence to support and or defend criminal and civil proceedings
