Helen has over 22 years experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments. During this time, Helen has worked on a diverse range of assignments across many industries throughout Queensland and northern NSW. Helen has also held National Director roles ensuring the quality assurance and risk management on insolvency assignments, and has been the training and technical expert for two international Chartered Accounting firms.

Key assignments

• Receiverships of large corporate groups of diverse industries, including property, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and agribusiness
• Negotiation of complex sales, eg Australian Water Systems, Cloncurry copper mine and Norfolk Island resorts
• Secondment to National Australia Bank Asset Structuring Unit, State Credit Bureau
• Special Manager for the International Monetary Fund – major bank restructuring projects in both Bangkok and Jakarta
