Peter has been employed in the Chartered Accounting profession since 1981 when he commenced with Horwath in Tasmania. In 1996 he was admitted as a Partner to the firm and as a Director of the Practice Company. In 2007 the Tasmanian office of Horwath joined the BDO network.

Through his Private Clients, Peter has a wide range of expertise in all facets of advising to small and medium sized businesses. He has a focus on structuring, on both commercial and tax perspective, in order to enhance wealth creation.

Key assignments

Involvement in numerous restructuring assignments for clients, taking advantage of changes to superannuation legislation, and capital gains tax exemptions
Maintaining close personal working relationship with clients by providing ongoing accounting, tax and business advice
