Steven has extensive experience, having dealt with both domestic and international clients, in the provision of financial advice to public companies, private companies and the government sector. Steven’s experience covers a wide range of industries, company sizes and transaction types.

Key assignments

• Assistance with the preparation of prospectus, business case and information memorandum documents for transactions ranging from $1 million to $500 million including financial modelling of forecast information, transaction due diligence and corporate structuring
• Business sales for companies with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to amounts in excess of $150 million
• Independent expert reports and independent accountant reports for public and private companies transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $300 million
• Corporate advisory services relating to capital raising, acquisitions, restructuring and takeover defences
• Valuation of companies/businesses, intellectual property and employee stock options for public and private companies
• Due diligence for business acquisitions ranging from $500,000 to $500 million in a range of industries including shopping centres, gyms, retail outlets, quarries and automotive
• Review of financial models assessing the viability of infrastructure projects and business acquisitions ranging from $1 million to amounts exceeding $1 billion
• Preparation of financial models to ascertain the profitability of a wide range of projects.
