Wayne has over 20 years experience in audit and advisory services, having worked with other major accountancy firms on three continents. He has over ten years experience as a “technical accountant”, specialising in IFRS, in addition to his technical accounting and external audit roles.
In addition to his external audit roles, Wayne is also the Head of BDO Technical Services Group and Chairman of BDO International’s IFRS working party. He regularly authors technical papers/newsletters on application of IFRS and Auditing Standards.
Wayne has extensive experience in respect of large multinational audits with particular focus on cross border listings in China.
