Experience

Bob specialises in providing expert financial management advice to public sector clients. He has 30 years experience in a variety of roles including 14 years at Queensland Treasury where, at various times, he had headed the financial management, economics and corporate services divisions. His achievements range from managing the 1990 Inquiry into non-bank financial institutions to introducing financial management, governance and audit reforms over a period of 16 years. As a consultant, Bob has undertaken a wide variety of complex and sensitive assignments for departments, GOCs, local authorities, statutory authorities and private sector clients. He has also been the Asian Development Bank’s financial management advisor to the Government of Fiji.
