Our clients can refer HR related enquiries from their staff to one of our consultants for timely advice. Our consultants can fulfil the role of your HR Manager if required or provide HR advice on an ad hoc basis. We can also provide training for your staff on HR issues.

HR evaluation
Using our comprehensive questionnaire, we can conduct an HR evaluation of your business to assess the effectiveness of your people management processes and HR functions. We provide feedback on the extent to which HR management impacts on your business performance with recommendations for improvement and implementation.

HR risk manager
Our HR Risk Manager is your answer to implementing HR policies dn practices across your organisation.

The manual's content is personalised with references to your business and personnel names or position titles as necessary. BDO Kendalls maintains the intellectual property over the core content, updating as necessary (e.g. to refl ect legislative changes). Users may request updates to their own content as required. To ensure content is always up-to-date we also provide links to relevant websites (e.g. government websites containing updated information on wages and conditions).

The online HR Risk Manager has two specific modules:

The HR Manual has standard contents sets, which an organisation is able to subscribe to (unchanged), or if they wish they can customise to mirror what they may already have, or meet specific and unique needs of the organisation.
