Our approach

Stage 1: We survey your leadership and staff
A survey is delivered face-to-face and online.

Face-to-face
We meet with your key management team (CEO and functional leaders) and conduct individual face-to-face interviews. We talk strategy, direction, expectations and issues.

Online survey
Based on the outcomes of the face-to-face interviews we conduct an online survey across the business. The online survey is sent to participants via email, with a link to the survey instrument. We monitor participation and follow up non respondents to ensure a high response rate.

Step 2 : Your i-Profile
The survey results are delivered to the business executive team via a one hour facilitated session. The findings are also presented in report format. The report contains a detailed assessment of the findings, including your i-Profile and key recommendations to increase the innovation power of the business.
