Pulsevo provides an analysis of your organisation against a best practice framework. This comprehensive analysis measures the contribution of all aspects of business performance to meet overall business objectives and identify areas to improve your bottom line. It is holistic in nature prioritising a clients top three key performance indicators to get you to where you need to be.

It means we can identify early into the engagement whether your business’ current pain point is in fact symptomatic of something larger. For you it means less time and money spent on a symptom rather than the cause of a problem.

Step 2 – Workshop the outcomes
Now that we know what the issues are for your business we workshop them with key members of your team to determine what this means for your business and how you operate. We use a proven approach to draw out what is critical for the success of your business, resulting in prioritised actions, visibility over critical numbers (what you need to measure) and agreement as to how actions will be implemented (by who, by when, and what support is needed).

Step 3 – Plan for the future
Using the outcomes from the workshop, we will develop an action orientated strategic plan to drive you forward. Unlike traditional strategic plans, the Pulsevo plan is a dynamic, concise plan focused on implementation and outcomes that can be executed immediately.

Step 4 – Implement for success!

Pulsevo program details
