Experience

David is a Chartered Accountant with more than eighteen years of experience in public practice, during which time David has provided a wide range of accounting, financial and business related services, and has been actively involved in advising businesses in relation to acquisitions and sales, valuations, strategies, business plans, feasibility studies and finance proposals. In recent years David has focussed on the provision of forensic accounting and valuation services, and has prepared numerous valuations of family businesses for the purpose of restructure, estate planning, sale of business and refinancing. David also has experience in the preparation of Independent Expert Reports.
