John has over eighteen years of transactional experience. He specialises in the provision of transaction support services specifically in financial due diligence, the preparation of independent accountant’s reports for inclusion in disclosure documents, and the provision of advisory services relating to property syndication. John has been involved in numerous initial public offerings, in his capacity as an Independent Accountant, and with various acquisitions and divestments in capacity as Lead Advisor or Due Diligence Expert, to companies of varying sizes – from infancy through to small to medium public listed companies. Through these assignments, John has gained considerable expertise, relating in particular to the property, agribusiness, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and funds management industries. Whilst transaction sizes vary, the majority of John’s transaction experiences range from $10 Million to $400 Million. John has been involved in numerous initial public offerings, in his capacity as an Independent Accountant, and with various acquisitions and divestments in his capacity as Lead Advisor or Due Diligence Expert, to funds management companies of varying sizes - from infancy through to small to medium public listed companies. Through these assignments, John has gained considerable funds management expertise, relating in particular to the workings of the Managed Investments Act and specifically to property, agribusiness and mortgage managed investments. Whilst transaction sizes vary, the majority of John's transaction experiences range from $5 million to $150 million.
