Experience

Michael has over twenty years of accounting experience. He initially worked in audit and assurance services, where he obtained wide exposure to a variety of industries and corporate structures, both public and private, before taking a keen interest in corporate Finance in the early 1990’s. For over ten years, Michael has specialised in the provision of expert reports, including due diligence reports, valuations, assessment of loss and damage, personal injury loss quantification, expert witness services and assistance in resolving partnership and shareholder disputes. His industry experience is broad, covering paper and printing, automotive component manufacturing, retail and financial services. Whilst Michael’s client base is diverse, he predominantly specialises in medium to large private companies with transaction sizes varying from $1million to in excess of $200million.
