Zoran has over 20 years experience in the provision of financial
services to public and private companies and extensive experience
in the provision of services to the Government sector. He has
worked both domestically and internationally on major assignments
in a number of industries. He has led due diligence teams for a
number of mergers and acquisitions, assisted clients with fund
raising through venture capital or IPOs and carried out special
investigation and consulting assignments.
