Doug has had extensive experience in the preparation of expert reports and the provision of expert testimony in the Courts and Tribunals in relation to a wide variety of litigation matters. He also has significant experience in commercial dispute resolution, economic loss assessments, fraud investigations and fraud risk assessments. Doug’s experience covers a broad range of industries including the building & construction; hotels, tourism & hospitality; property; manufacturing; service and agricultural industries.
