Upon receipt of confidentiality agreements, we provide pre-approved potential purchasers individual user names and passwords. This allows access to the Information Memorandum, other documents and additionally an electronic due diligence data room.

Prior to obtaining an Information Memorandum for a current opportunity, we require your details to be registered and a  Confidentiality Agreement completed. Please contact your local BDO Kendalls Corporate Finance adviser for a copy of the Confidentiality Agreement. Following the completion of the Confidentiality Agreement and approval from our client, we will forward an email with access information (ie user name and password) to obtain a copy of the Information Memorandum.
