Providing information to an independent party often puts employees at ease and allows more detailed and appropriate information to be obtained.

BDO Kendalls Secure provides an independent and confidential outlet for employees and other parties to report any form of workplace misconduct.

• A free call 1300 telephone number for use by employees and other stakeholders who wish to make a report. All calls received will be answered by a member of our Forensic Services team, all of who have extensive experience in conducting investigations and interviewing witnesses. This experience allows us to obtain sufficient information to commence an investigation.
• A confidential email address and postal address if the employee or other stakeholder is more comfortable providing the report in this way.
• Provision of the telephone, email system and postal address allows reports to be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The telephone system operates during business hours.
• On receipt of a telephone call, email or mail, a report detailing the information supplied will be forwarded to  your appointed contact within two working days. If a report requires immediate or urgent action be taken, contact will be made by telephone followed by a report within one working day.

• All reports received are treated with strict confidentiality.
