Toni is an Associate Director within the Performance Improvement team. Toni is a Chartered Accountant with 14 years of experience in professional services and consulting in Australia and the United Kingdom in a variety of large corporate organisations across a number of industries including government, finance, transport and manufacturing. Toni’s brings expertise in large scale project management, business process analysis and improvement, organisational design and transformation, business case development and systems selection and implementation . Toni has expertise across a range of industries and organisations, including services, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, cultural and government. With her accounting background Toni’s has delivered a number of projects focused on the ‘finance function’ within a number of organisations.
