Experience

Kim is the Director of the Business Advisory Services Division of BDO. He has been an employee/partner of BDO and its predecessor firms since 1977. During his tenure, Kim has worked with a diverse base of clients ranging from public companies to family Businesses. This depth of knowledge and experience enables Kim to analyse clients’ individual needs and provide relevant and timely professional advice. Kim has been at the forefront of implementing BDO’s Growth Services and Family Business strategies and was one of the first Australian Partners to be accredited. Kim has also worked extensively with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the CA (Professional Year Program) and is a faculty member of BDO’s National Business Services Training Group. Kim has been involved in estate and succession planning on numerous family Businesses within his client portfolio.
