Wayne is experienced in providing high level corporate and international taxation advice to a variety of clients including a number of large multinationals.
Wayne’s most recent roles have been with Ernst & Young, in their International Tax Services division. Prior to that, he was a Research Assistant at Monash University and taught in taxation law and finance. He was also the Production Editor of the Journal of Australian Taxation.
Wayne has a particular interest in venture capital and is co-author of Barkoczy, Maloney & Ngo, Pooled Development Funds Handbook (2001, ATP). Wayne is a sought after speaker for the Tax Institute of Australia and regularly presents at various professional seminars, conventions and conferences. He has also published widely with domestic and international taxation law journals.
