Experience
Darren has more than 15 years experience working with clients across a broad cross section of industries. His main focus is assisting clients maximise their wealth position by providing advice concerning operational improvement, strategic decision making and taxation planning and advice. He regularly assists clients implement appropriate business systems and measurement tools to help them manage and grow their businesses. He also assists clients on issues involving business acquisitions, valuations, asset protection, business and management structures together with advice regarding income tax, capital gains tax, GST and other state taxes.
