The Buderim Group’s leadership team engaged BDO’s M&A team as lead M&A adviser to facilitate the sale of its ginger division. The sale would enable the group to achieve its strategic ambitions and maintain a clear focus towards expanding its current market-leading position in the branded macadamia product market as its foundation in the health and plant based protein foods category.

Following approval at the 2020 Annual General Meeting, Buderim Group Limited has changed its name to Health and Plant Protein Group Limited, effective from commencement of trading on Thursday 24 December 2020.
