Star Combo (ASX:S66) is an Australian based manufacturer and distributor of vitamins, dietary supplements and skincare products, serving both domestic and a growing number of offshore markets.
Prior to listing on the ASX, the Star Combo group received significant investment from Lepu Medical (Europe) Cooperatief U.A. Funds raised through the IPO will assist with:
- Growing its branded product segment
- Expanding its factory utilisation
- Selling its products into new sales channels
- Repayment of borrowings in full.
Star Combo engaged BDO as Independent Accountant, Independent Tax Advisor and Auditor. Market Capitalisation at listing was $38m.
