In response to the social distancing measures currently in place, BDO has created a Tax Webinar Series in place of face-to-face events.
This session has been prepared to provide you with an understanding of some of the key changes in the global economic environment, how the changes are influencing multinational transactions and the responses of customs authorities to transfer price arrangements.
Specifically, our panel of experts will discuss how the historic treatment of transfer pricing from a customs perspective was primarily through a compliance lens. However, with new global commercial imperatives and the consolidation of customs value administration, other approaches to dealing with the requirements of both taxing and customs authorities can be considered. Finally, the panel will use industry examples to show how companies can achieve greater harmony between beneficial customs and transfer pricing outcomes.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the panel discussion.
