Reward and remuneration expert joins BDO as leadership and culture remains top focus for Australian companies

A new Partner with extensive experience providing reward and remuneration advice to some of Australia’s largest public-listed and family-owned companies has joined BDO’s Melbourne office.

BDO Office Managing Partner in Melbourne, David Garvey, has welcomed David Yong to the firm, who joins from Mercer where he was Principal Consultant (Rewards). Before this David worked at EY and Towers Watson.

We know that workforce planning and management, analytics and culture is top of the agenda for many Australian companies in today’s complex environment. David’s arrival is perfectly timed as BDO experiences increased demand for our People Advisory services across the country,” Mr Garvey said.
