South Australia’s BDO Advisory now a certified ServiceNow partner

The BDO Advisory team in South Australia have recently been accepted into the ServiceNow partnership program and after just two months, are already classified as a ‘Specialist’ implementation partner.

ServiceNow delivers digital workflows that create great experiences and unlock productivity, underpinned by a belief in the power of technology to reduce the complexity in our jobs and make work, work better for people.

BDO’s Technology Advisory team has been providing clients with service management, program and project, cyber, governance, risk and compliance advice for a number of years. These areas of deep knowledge and experience align perfectly with ServiceNow’s ITSM, ITBM, SecOps and GRC modules.

This alignment presents the opportunity to help our clients utilise the ServiceNow platform to solve their problems and transform the way they manage these areas of their business.

Some of the ways we have used ServiceNow to help our clients over the past two years:

  • Implemented ITBM/Demand Management to help improve control and governance on business requests.
  • Supported a clients’ ServiceNow instance for the past 4 months with defects, minor enhancements and an upgrade to Madrid for a known monthly service fee.
  • Developed a Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)/Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Strategy and recently commenced the establishment phase of the project.
  • Developed a 12 month ITSM roadmap identifying over 10 separate initiatives our client wishes to implement to drive greater value out of their ServiceNow investment.

We are very excited about the future and what we bring to the South Australian ServiceNow community, including an ability to consult at the people and process level before launching into tool implementation.
