He works with organisations and leaders to develop, focus and deploy workforce and leadership strategy, through identifying the systems, processes, incentives, capabilities, leadership and teaming required to deliver sustainable results. Jonathan and his team help clients adjust to their most adaptive problems, through a combination of collaboration, design and acceleration.
