Koraly is a partner in our Melbourne Business Services team with extensive experience across a broad range of industries and all phases of the business cycle – from start-ups to business succession planning, business sales and transitioning wealth to the next generation.

Her clients include small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in various sectors, foreign controlled subsidiaries and high net worth individuals. She also provides financial counselling and career transition advice for senior executives and is highly skilled in family business advisory and compliance.

Koraly specialises in accounting services for digital content creators and is a trusted tax and business adviser to many of Australia’s most successful and popular creators, including streamers, bloggers and gamers.

Her qualifications include a Master of Taxation, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and Bachelor of Business (Accounting). She is an accomplished seasonal teacher at Melbourne Law School (MLS), teaching tax law to undergraduate students. She also participates in Melbourne University Law School’s MLS Tax clinics, a government initiative for vulnerable taxpayers, on a pro-bono basis.
