November deadline looms for directors to apply for Director Identification Numbers

Following on from our November 2021 newsletter article on the requirements for directors to apply for a Director Identification Number (director ID), this is a reminder that directors of entities registered under the Corporations Act 2001 who were appointed on or before 31 October 2021 must apply for their director ID by 30 November 2022. This applies to for-profit and not-for-profit entities registered under the Corporations Act 2001.
