ACNC extends reporting deadlines for flood-affected charities
On 7 July 2022, the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) announced it is providing an automatic extension of the annual reporting deadlines for charities in 23 Local Government Areas in New South Wales affected by recent floods.
Charities in the affected post codes listed on the ACNC website with reporting periods ending between January and April 2022 will have until 31 October 2022 to submit their 2021 Annual Information Statement.
