On 22 December 2020, Dubber announced the acquisition of Speik, a leading UK-based provider of Call Recording and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance solutions. The A$38 million performance-based acquisition, is anticipated to accelerate Dubber’s revenue growth, increase its consolidated bottom line and broaden Dubber’s compliance offerings.
Dubber engaged the BDO Perth Transaction Services team, led by Byron Watson, and the BDO UK Transaction Tax team, led by Chris Bond, for financial and tax due diligence services respectively in relation to the transaction.
