Jenine is our Partner leading People Advisory based out of Sydney. Jenine is skilled at partnering with organisations to design and implement business driven people solutions with a focus on HR effectiveness, Organisation effectiveness, change management and virtual HR support.

With over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of managing people & culture within a range of corporate organisations, Jenine’s key strengths are in being able to work across all levels of the organisations, from helping to set strategy and direction through to organisational design and implementation, process re-engineering and policy development.

Key assignments

  • Organisational Design – conducted an extensive organisation review for a major education client to make recommendations on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their support functions.
  • Change Management – Developed and implemented a change plan to manage the People & Culture impacts of a key business acquisition. Including stakeholder management throughout the acquisition process,  leading the designing, piloting and implementation of a new sales organisation structure; managing the onboarding of employees of the acquired organisation and all associated employment negotiations.
  • New Business Exploration - HR lead charged with reviewing a business creation opportunity for the Australia/NZ Medical Device market. Involving in-depth market analysis, customer alignment activities, and business concept development.
  • Developing and implementing the Change Management, Communication and Training plans for a major Payroll and HR Information System implementation.
  • Operating Model Development – developed recommendations for key operating model changes for large education organisation.

  • Post-Graduate Certificate in HR Management (Nth Sydney TAFE)
  • Bachelor of Arts, Psychology (Macquarie University)
