Key assignments

  • Implemented SAP for a professional services firm across 13 countries as part of the largest global deployment of SAP
  • Designed the government-wide financial management systems for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, covering over 400 government entities
  • Architected the smart grid solution for $100m+ consortiums in coordination with UAE & Saudi Arabian governments
  • Designed Dubai Digital Grid architecture from generation through to distribution, including the cyber-security, network infrastructure and data integration based on business use cases
  • Managed the systems implementation and integration for the Smart Grid in Dubai, providing the program and vendor management to ensure end-to-end systems construction and connectivity aligned to high-availability and highly secure design, and connectivity of over 500,000 smart meters
  • Redesigned the IT operating model for large government Utility, including the definition of the service model, KPIs and governance structures and roles and responsibilities for over 500 employees
  • Designed and established the rationalised data centre operations for Dubai government utility covering five data centres and including the migration of core operational systems to new platforms, the service delivery model & personnel requirements
  • Setup the managed services framework for service providers to utilise Moro as prime contractor in consortiums, covering capability build, commercial modeling, service delivery and transition, as well as the definition of the contractual framework with service levels, KPIs and service credits
  • Defined the IT operating model and technology architecture for the KSA $trillion sovereign wealth fund
  • Managed the IT transformation for a $1.5b African F&B company covering strategy and operating model, creation of business architecture including use case and requirements definition, design of SAP systems architecture, and definition of end-to-end implementation plan
  • Successfully transitioned over 100 applications to an outsourced provider, from multiple incumbent providers, over a 12 month period for a state government facility
  • Established $60m+ multi-vendor applications managed services panel at Australian Bank. Incorporating a ‘best sourcing’ model to effectively allow bidding on technology work across the bank by all four vendors on the panel
  • Led the technical workstream on the setup and design of GBS centre for a global construction company, including the process enablement and technical infrastructure design
