Tim is a business improvement professional with particular expertise in operations and capital projects. He works with private sector organisations to improve business and financial performance, and assists government agencies in policy development and program implementation planning and delivery.
Tim works extensively across asset intensive sectors, assisting clients with optimising life-of-asset performance and cost across all stages of the asset lifecycle, from concept development through to asset retirement.
In recent years, Tim’s primary focus has been assisting infrastructure and mining & metals clients in optimising their capital spend, navigating major projects through development, funding, procurement, delivery and transition to operations. Prior to this he had extensive experience in operations improvement, business transformation, asset management and supply chain planning for mining, process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, asset services, FMCG and agribusiness organisations. He started his career as an industrial engineer with a Japanese automobile manufacturer, which has provided a robust framework for business improvement since.
