PEXA Group Limited has acquired a 70% stake in Slate Analytics, a company founded by FrontierSI and UNSW.

Slate Analytics is a progressive property analytics and technology solution, co-developed by UNSW Sydney and FrontierSI, that delivers a data-driven toolkit which calculates property valuations for urban development.

The world-class platform assists in calculating accurate value assessments in minutes so homebuyers, investors, businesses, and governments can make more informed decisions on the future of our cities.

PEXA operates Australia’s leading online property exchange network. It assists members – such as lawyers, conveyancers, and financial institutions – to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically.

The business is committed to supporting an industry transition towards 100% digital conveyancing that is fast, safe and efficient.
