MNF Group’s acquisition of Inabox Group Wholesale and Enablement businesses
MNF Group Limited (ASX:MNF) is a leading Australian telecommunications business based in Sydney and provides voice, data, and cloud based communication and communication enablement services to residential, business, government, and wholesale customers domestically and internationally.
On 12 December 2018, MNF announced that it had completed the acquisition of the wholesale and enablement businesses from Inabox Group Limited (ASX:IAB) for $34.5 million.
The IAB businesses acquired have performed a leading role in the Australian wholesale telecommunications market and are recognised as the leading provider of SaaS enablement services to the industry.
