Founded by Jeff Doidge, Toni Doidge and Matt Legge, the business has become one of the most innovative and engaging health and wellness brands during the past 10 years. Establishing its products from proprietary formulations manufactured in Australia, ATP Science is guided by a ‘food as medicine’ philosophy.

ATP Science engaged BDO’s Brisbane M&A team as lead adviser to introduce a strategic investment partner that could facilitate the expansion of existing manufacturing capacities and expansion into new markets.

BDO successfully managed the completion of the transaction in July 2020, with ATP Science partnering with investment fund Cortina Capital. The funds are principally growth capital, for a state of the art manufacturing facility. The transaction is Cortina Capital’s first strategic investment in a business.

BDO’s expertise and advice were critical to the investment partnership transaction. They ensured ATP Science and the founding shareholders achieved a positive outcome.
