BDO was the lead adviser on the sale of Velrada to ASG Group.

Prior to the transaction, Velrada was Australia’s largest privately owned Microsoft solutions and services partner, facilitating digital transformation projects for some of Australia’s top companies, with an increasing global presence.

Successful completion of this landmark transaction in the Microsoft ecosystem was delivered following a dual track process which contemplated multiple deal options, including listing on the ASX or divestment. The process saw strong global interest from trade players and financial investors alike.

Led by Mergers & Acquisitions Partner Tony Schiavello, and supported by Director Silvio Colaluca and Senior Manager Lachlan Cantwell, BDO was engaged as lead adviser on the successful sale of Velrada.
