Located on the train line and in the heart of Subiaco, BDO WA is led by a group of 24 Partners, and employs more than 216 highly skilled professionals. In our office we provide a range of support and experiences to ensure that you enjoy coming to work and are given the best possible opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
We pride ourselves on our open door culture, where everyone has access to Partners on a daily basis each graduate is allocated a support buddy and a manager to provide you with mentoring and advice throughout your career journey with BDO.
To ensure that it is not just about work, we also have an active BDO subsidised social club who provide plenty of opportunities to connect, socialise and network with your colleagues. They host an annual End of Financial Year ball at one of Perth’s premier venues, run trivia nights, lawn bowls, Christmas breakfasts, walking tours and sundowners to name just a few.
Further, we offer an end of year party, team days, end of month drinks, a monthly morning tea and every Friday we have smart-casual dress days.
We also run a corporate wellness program (BWell) dedicated to your physical, mental and financial wellbeing! There are a range of activities throughout the year, including group fitness classes, skin cancer checks, flu vaccinations, sporting events, subsidised massages, education workshops and more. We also provide breakfast on a daily basis and a regular fruit delivery.

As a graduate, you will benefit from a graduate development program and other learning and development programs, which will enhance your technical abilities and build your consulting, leadership and management skills.
We have a range of national technical programs in most service lines, which are often held interstate and allow you to network with BDO colleagues from across Australia.
We offer full support for you to complete your CA program, including our specialised INSITE CA program workshops providing expert support and exam preparation, as well as exam and study leave.
