FPS is a printer-converter (printed rewind, laser perforated films, lidding films, box bags, stand-up pouches, flat pouches etc.) that supplies tailored products to blue-chip customers. Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Brisbane, FPS is a leading player in the Australian food packaging market, with expertise in the fresh produce sector.
FPS will join St. Johns Packaging (SJP), a global leader in sustainable flexible packaging products. Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Quebec, Canada, SJP is a vertically integrated manufacturer of flexible packaging products that are sold to leading food and consumer product companies. SJP operates manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Vietnam, and China.
Under the continued leadership of the existing management team, FPS will expand and diversify SJP’s manufacturing capabilities, product mix, customer base and geographic footprint.
