Ruah Community Services merge with 360 Health + Community

Ruah Community Services, founded in 1959, is a leading not-for-profit organisation operating across Perth and Geraldton, Western Australia. It delivers vital support through safe refuges and drop-in centres for people experiencing homelessness, community-based programs for individuals and families in crisis, and mobile outreach teams providing direct assistance to those in need.

Building upon a two-year partnership, Ruah Community Services and 360 Health + Community have merged to create a more comprehensive, person-centred support system for individuals and families. 

The merger aims to pair Ruah’s expertise in mental health, disability and family services with 360 Health + Community’s focus on chronic disease management and community-based care.

Ruah Community Services engaged BDO’s deal advisory team to support on the merger, providing financial due diligence on 360 Health + Community, led by Partner, Byron Watson.
